Outline server leak prevention
Create a optional feature that disables the internet connection when the outline server is not active this will prevent the case of those in censored countries accidentally tipping off the government if outline server has a momentary failure or they forget to turn it on. This can possibly be implemented by deleting the default route in the routing table so that i cannot connect to the internet when the feature is enabled but having a backup ip located in a text file which goes to the outline server so that when it connects it is still able to route traffic through outline. Alternately you can display some sort of message

At least on mobile, we seem to keep intercepting the connection across network disconnections, but I've seen the iOS app lose connection in the past.
@cameronaaron Apologies for the lack of updates. Since May we have rolled out a bunch of things which will help here, namely the "always on" feature @fortuna mentions. I'm afraid the behaviour across reboots varies from platform to platform, however - @alalamav knows the current situation per-platform best, I believe.
