Let users choose whether to install updates for Outline Client

I am not very comfortable that client is now updating itself automatically. Could you please provide an option to choose between automatic and manual update of client.

@trevj This issue was opened about 5 years ago and it's still open! I think the Outline team should pay more attention to the clients' experience. I prefer to update my applications manually instead of auto updating and Outline has disappointed me.

new version corrupts connection, I have to rollback to version 1.13.1. Please, do not auto update or fix the issue...

I have this issue in 1.15.1 1.11.0 and 1.13.1 work great

This is a very relevant feature. I'd say, if it is hard to make auto-updates configurable, disabling them should be the go-to solution. New versions consistently fail to work correctly, and as a user I cannot prevent them from being installed every single time. This is beyond frustrating, and any supposed benefits are ridiculous: this is not the kind of application that requires updates as long as it works, anyway

UPDATE: I've found a way to disrupt autoupdates as a workaround: in the app's directory, edit resources/app-update.yml and replace the value of the url field with any invalid url
