This seems to be a fairly generic error from not being able to reach the server. My problem turned out to be due to ddclient getting broken by cloudflare headers and setting my dynamic DNS to 1.0.1.1.
The same on Win11. Mobile devices worked well
Thanks for the report. To help us troubleshoot, could you please provide some more information?
- Are the network environments for your mobile and Windows devices the same (e.g., using the same Wi-Fi network)?
- Is the access key you are using a dynamic key or a static key?
- Does the access key use the server's hostname or its IP address? If it's using a hostname, could you try creating a new key with the server's IP address directly and see if that resolves the issue?
One of my friends also encountered this problem, probably due to the blocking of the provider. Since the same key works with mobile communications.
I use this prefix, but it doesn't work for a friend. prefix=POST%20
Prefixes from here don't work for a friend https://developers.google.com/outline/docs/guides/service-providers/prefixing?hl=ru

I tried creating a new access key, and it worked!
Thanks, @mason1002 , for confirming that creating a new access key solved the issue for you! This is a very helpful finding.
@SButterfly @LKirillK @ilyjekson , could you please also try creating a new access key on your Outline Manager and see if that resolves the connection problem on your Windows devices?
@jyyi1 It helped, but the solution looks strange and I think the problem will occur again after a while. I will write if the problem occurs again.
I've encountered this bug again, but now I just turned off and turned on the key in my control panel. The bug occurs when the client's traffic limit is manually reset. The bug is strange, it only occurs on my friend's PC (he also doesn't have the vless protocol working) and probably isn't an outline problem. I use 3X-UI.
@LKirillK Thanks for the update. You're probably right, it's likely a network configuration issue on your friend's end, especially since other protocols are also failing.
Just restart.
