Alternate download location for Mac Catalyst release

Tried to download apps, but couldn't because government's gestapo blocked getoutline.org

Describe the solution you'd like.
Uploading releases to GitHub would let people, who are unable to connect to your main website, still download of GitHub as it is less likely to get blocked.
Describe alternatives you've considered
As a bonus point, you could also make a torrent for client apps, but that is a double-edged sword as it would expose peer's IPs

That works fine for me, but still, it'd be nice to publish these links somewhere, like releases. How did you compile that list? Did you scrape that manually, or am I just blind?

@GoToProd No, for macOS it is still a 1.15.2 in the appstore, with a nasty bug that prevents connection on some networks. We need 1.16.0, which is not on the apple appstore.
No way to download it standalone.
I tried to construct a possible URL as https://s3.amazonaws.com/outline-releases/client/macos/stable/Outline.dmg but it is not there.
It sounds like we want an alternate download location for the new Mac Catalyst release, is that right?
