Support Manager platform: armv7l

When trying to install Outline manager on a RPi 3 this is the output:

Unsupported machine type: armv7l. Please run this script on a x86_64 machine

I am running outline on an arm64 servers, I had to patch and change few things to make it work, should work on armv7 as well, I will try to submit a PR with my changes.

meanwhile I can give you a docker image to run it on your servers if you need it urgently!

Hi @lotux . Could you share your path/merge request? I'm trying to run it on Oracle cloud with aarch64.
