Kills the network on ubuntu after waking up

Describe the bug Turn on outline vpn, then put the computer to sleep. If you take your computer out of sleep, the network does not work until the computer restarts!

To reproduce

  1. Enable outline
  2. Enable ubuntu sleep mode
  3. awaken the computer
  4. enjoy a broken internet
  5. restart the PC

Expected behavior after waking up the computer to use outline without any problems

Hey @jyyi1 I just tested it and it appears to be working and my Network manager did not crash . Thank you so much for the help !
