Cannot connect to Outline server from Settings -> VPN on iOS

Describe the bug When I'm trying to connect to my Outline server from Settings app on the iPhone, it stucks on the "Connecting..." status.

To Reproduce Go to Settings, then to VPN. Choose Outline and turn on the selector.

Expected behavior Outline should connect to the latest used server.

This feature is not currently implemented. For now, the VPN has to be turned on/off via the Outline Client app only.

I tried to solve a similar problem and found a solution through the commands. I've tried different options, but with this configuration, the vpn starts when I need it.
