The connection status crossfade animation seems to be delayed

Describe the bug The animation seems to be delayed in Outline Client.

To Reproduce

  1. Open Outline
  2. Connect to a server
  3. The connection state icon switched to connected (a green circle) instantly

Expected behavior The connection state icon should be a crossfade animation (gradually switched from gray circle to green circle).
