Tray Menu texts are not updated when switched to another language

Describe the bug The tray menu item translations are not updated when you switched to another language in the client.

To Reproduce

1. Open Outline
2. Right/Left click the tray icon in Windows or Linux
3. The menu item translations are correct
4. Switch to a new language in the client
5. Right/Left click the tray icon again
6. The texts are still in old translations, not to the new language

Expected behavior The tray menu texts are updated as well.
