VPN doesn't work in 4G network

Describe the bug When I connect to VPN server (Debian 11 with VPN 1.4.0) from my iOS (15.4.1) the VPN icon gets green. But in fact py public IP is till the IP of my local betwork provider (It is Georgian SilkNet mobile operator, 4G connection).

The same happens when I connect my laptop to personal hotspot in my iOS.

To Reproduce

1. Connect computer to personal hotspon in iOS 15.4.1 with SilkNet provider.
2. Start VPN client (1.4.0) on a computer with kali linux (latest kernel)
3. Wait until connection is established
4. Check the local IP - it is still the IP of SilkNet provider
5. Disconnect from VPN, the personal hotspot WiFi is still in place but there is no internet connection any more.

Expected behavior

1. To see my server's IP whan connected to VPN over 4G - doesn't metter if I connect via laptop & personal hotspot or directly from my mobile
2. To keep Internet connection alive when disconnect from VPN
