Outline-Client.AppImage failed to connect Ubuntu 18.04

Describe the bug When trying to connect it asks sudo permissions, after that disconnects with message that app is installed incorrectly

To Reproduce How can the broken behavior be reproduced?

Download app, change mode for execution, start app, add invite link, press connect

When installed from source - the same behavior. I can run Shadowsocks-Qt5 from invitation instruction, but it works only for browser, not for other application or terminal session
