conflict with OpenVPN GUI

i don't know why but you can't have openVPN GUI and Outline-client on one PC together, when you install openvpn GUI outline stops working and i get this error message sorry it looks like outline is not properly installed please try reinstalling it if that doesn't work ,please submit a feedback through the app To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install outline
2. add your servers and connect to them normally
3. install openVPN GUI
4. try to use outline again
5. see the error

Expected behavior i expected this two separate apps work separately and independently

Outline (please complete the following information):

• Install: getoutline.com
• Version: daily-alalama-travis-com-test

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: windows 10
• Version latest version(up to date)

Same error when installing Outline client on Windows system with preinstalled OpenVPN GUI. Pls fix 🥲 UPD: Outline client were successfully installed on second attempt, no error messages. Both Outline and OpenVPN working fine.

This occurs because Outline uses the same third party TAP device as OpenVPN. Marking as a feature request to consider for the future.

I solved this problem for myself by reconfiguring OpenVPN to work through wintun driver, just install wintun driver in OS and add in openvpn client config this line "windows-driver wintun". Now it works properly

A similar picture is observed, the installed openvpn gui conflicts with outline. Fix please.
