Frequent TCP reset, SNI trick seems broken with android 15

I just upgrade to android 15, intra used to be working just fine before upgrading. After upgrading, very often I get TCP reset (thats how some ISP in indonesia to block stuff). After some refresh it usually getting through, but later some TCP reset will pop up again here and there.

There is a trick that works, set android to only allow connection through VPN, but this trick is killing connection from any apps that added to intra exception.
