Support DNS-over-QUIC

It would be nice if this app supports Dns-over-quic protocol.

DNS over QUIC is not yet standardized, far from it (see the progress of the draft at IETF in https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-dprive-dnsoquic/). And there are no production public DoQ servers yet.

DNS over HTTP/3 is an option. I tested DoH/3 with another app using Cronet and saw 10 to 15ms decrease in end to end latency with resolvers that support HTTP/3.

Shame there's no official golang bindings for Cronet.
