Google Photos app doesn't sync with Intra activated

I'm not sure if this would be with the Intra and the Google Photos app team. Turning off Intra or putting Google Photos on the exclude list activates automatic backup and sync. Otherwise, the sync is "grayed out" as if not connected to WiFi.

@ignoramous These were both opened by the same user, but I don't think they're the same issue. However, this one might be fixed once we release #284.
