CrOS updates in general won't work.

Had a few runs on a brand new Chromebook to test a few things. Was now running on the beta branch ( 71). Anyhow CrOS won't let system updates pass thru intra. Also had a run with crosinti and get the same issue when trying to update the container. Play and web store downloads pass but inside an container installs won't work. Option is to mark system as exclude app then all updates work but that kind of ruins the whole idea with intra anyway. This was installed as an android app. Intra works besides updating the system or installing from within an cros container.
