How to use after "Model Training" step

I have completed the Model Training step:

The README.md is not clear on how to use the model after training. Can you provide an example on how to add a new concept and print out the new taxonomy where it is added? Also, how can I reproduce the results shown in the paper? Again, there is no mention of this in the README.md...
