GetOrientation does not take into account gyro in certain pose
As discussed and reproduced over Discord DM with @JibbSmart .
When holding the device in pose 2, all motions are taking into account for the device orientation. When holding it in pose 1, the gyro around the gravity axis is not taken into account and the GetOrientation returns a very similar pose.
