Using the 16M uboot image to be sure, I see:

estimate memory size =16 Mbytes
I read that the 32M requires some hardware modification, but perhaps I already have it? Linux (OpenWRT) boots and sees only 16M, but perhaps that is because uBoot told it that. I must boot OpenWRT failsafe, or I get OOM errors, having 11Mb used while booting.
Unless you made the hardware modifications yourself the device will not have the larger memory.
