Error when running TEMP
Hi,
I get this error when running "TEMP_Insertion.sh":
ERROR: Received illegal bin number 262143 from getBin call. ERROR: Unable to add record to tree.
Possible reason for causing this?

Hi Chong,
This is quite unusual. I've never seen error messages like this and I don't think there's a "getBin" call in the program. Can you provide more details?

Sorry for the late reply. I reinstalled TEMP on another server, and this error doesn't show up now. However, it shows another error: "Illegal division by zero at ../scripts/pickOverlapPair.in.pl line 84."
Any suggestion for this? I am running the test data in your mannual. Thank you.

It seems the "getBin" error happen again. Which version of bedtools do you recommend to use? I use the latest one.
@JialiUMassWengLab , I tried the old version of betools and it works. But met another error: "Error: tmp is an empty file." Any suggestion?
I have noticed that i get this error "Error: tmp is an empty file.", when I run TEMP on servers that do not have adequate memory.
