[BUG] Can not disable 'use navigation overlay' option

Describe the bug I disable it from setting when I refresh page it becomes enabled by itself To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Configuration'
  2. Click on 'Reader
  3. Scroll down to 'use navigation overlay'
  4. Click to 'slider to disable'
  5. Refresh Page
  6. See it enabled again

Expected behavior Disabled till I open it again
