Cannot open link when inline

Describe the bug When a link is created, once you return to the editor you cannot click to open the link unless you first click the 'create link'; button in the toolbar.

To Reproduce Go to http://suneditor.com/sample/index.html and try opening the MIT link on the inline page.

Expected behavior The link option is opened which allows you to open the link

You can still open the link from the speech bubble that appears when you click the link. Did I misunderstand?

Hi, when in classic mode the bubble appears, but when inline (Chrome 99 & FF 97) the bubble does not appear so you cannot click the link to open.

@andrewr4 Link speech bubble is activated only when there is a link button. The "inline" mode in the example didn't have a link button, so the speech bubble didn't appear. I'll edit the example to avoid confusion.

@JiHong88 in our setup, there is a link button but this still occurs.
