Copy and Paste doesn't always work properly

Describe the bug The bug occurs when you try to copy and paste into the rich text editor

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Copy text from sent folder in gmail or outlook
  2. Paste into the RTE
  3. See error (sometimes)

Expected behavior A clear and concise paste from anywhere

  • Version 94.0.4606.61 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Here is a code sandbox similar to the environment that we use. I know that this is not a consistent bug. I was hoping if you had any ideas on why this could be happening.
