Tag dropdown does not properly reflect type of selected paragraph

Describe the bug As shown in the screenshot, the format dropdown does not necessarily show the proper paragraph type

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. enter some text
2. convert it into a blockquote
3. position caret somewhere else
4. now position caret within the blockquote again (or select some text from the quote)

Expected behavior The dropdown should show "quote", but it doesnt

Quotes contain other lines, such as p, div, etc. Lines are placed inside the quotes.
