[BUG] In RTL, the arrow for the date picker is flipped

Describe the bug The arrows are flipped in the date picker.

To Reproduce Switch the RTL option, then add a new date block.

Expected behavior An example of what is expected:

• Envionement [Docker]
• Browser [Firefox]
• OpnForm Version [e.g. 22]

Additional context month, days, are also not translated on PC, only in phone. Regarding the UI appearance, also the rich text box in RTL mode start typing from the left rather than the right.

The date picker is out of boundary, both PC and mobile if there is no other element that push the filed to the top.

And while using the select time function, the hour is flipped with the minute in the selector. But the input is correct
