storm plot method gauss performance

With upscale = 5 (16 nm pixel size) and about ~4000 localizations the plotting of storm data takes a long time

fixed by d24ebc6c49de61f343b00. Further improvement might be possible with jit/jumba. Leaving this issue open as a reminder (Thanks, Robin)
