Describe the bug

The current indication that a package is to be reinstalled (to the same version) is misleading:

1  aur/package           -> 1.0

The indicator -> 1.0 means that a package is not installed yet and that version 1.0 is to be installed, rather than reinstalled.

Reproduction Steps

1. Reinstall any package to the same version.
2. Observe Yay output.

Expected behavior

1  aur/package           == 1.0

...or similar, but it has to be clearly distinctive from -> 1.0.
