train/test in R

Thank you for this ComBat code. Just like someone pointed out earlier, I would like to be able to use ComBat in new test data as well but using the parameter of the training set, I would like to ask how can I do that in R since I am primarily using R for the purpose of radiomics study.

Is there any suggestions as to how this can be implemented in the Matlab code? I know the neuroHarmonize module has it in Python, but would really like to perform everything in Matlab.
