No indication that an IntelliJ shortcut doesn't exist

The plugin normally hides a shortcut when it's the same for VS and IntelliJ, but doesn't provide a means to show that the shortcut doesn't exist in IntelliJ, e.g. Go to Implementation.

Perhaps it should add a "(not set in IntelliJ)"?
