Add a list of available resharper menu IDs.

Can you document what group-id values are available for actions.xml files.

I've been able to figure out VS#Project, VS#Folder and VS#Item for the solution explorer.

What are some of the IDs for the JetBrains products (DotCover, DotTrace and ReSharper).

Yep. I want to do this. But there are a lot. Presenting the information might be the tricky part.

The problem is it's not documented anywhere. I have to spend a lot of time just guessing. Just a hacked together quick table of the top level menus would be a great start.

Agreed, an XML or other raw file dump of them would be completely sufficient and great to have.
