Install Git before installing the bundle

Issues found (when ScalaBridge mentors trying out the intellj scala bundle):

"The bundle does not include git. When I tried to clone the Creative Scala repo, it didn't find git, so I had to install that separately." @jducoeur

Does it make sense to include Git installation in the bundle?

If not, (or if not enough time to do it before the workshop), can we at least include it in the README as a pre-req?

Temporarily solved by adding Git installation link in README. Possibly we could have auto-install Git in the bundle? @pavelfatin
