IDE hangs on attempt to add module to a project

The following issue has appeared after the recent upgrade on a new IDEA platform Commit: ba021f73206e14941e6437eb715ec5ad951bf0f6

Steps to reproduce:

  • Clone arend-lang/tutorial-code
  • Import PartI of the tutorial using import project
  • Open Project Settings window
  • Try to import PartII of the tutorial using Import Module

IDE will hang as below:
