Improve the experimental video player

I've added a little more basic functionality to the video player here: https://github.com/mahozad/compose-video-player/tree/vlc/src/main/kotlin

Like pause/resume, audio volume, progress/seek, timestamp etc.

Would you like for me to create a pull request?
