BSOD Windows on ARM64 + WSL1, JBRSDK 11.0.14_1 b2043.45

I downloaded jbrsdk-11_0_14_1-linux-aarch64-b2043.45.tar.gz and installed it in my WSL1 environment. When typing java -version, I see the version string appear and before I get a prompt back, I get a blue-screen-of-death.

This seems to be specific to the latest JDK 11 update(s), I didn't have this before on older versions of Java 11. I attached a minidump of the crash: 050922-14468-01.zip

This was not incidental, I tried it about 3 times, exact same result every time.
