Super TTC Option?

Please consider offering an optional download in Super TTC format.

A Super TTC bundles all fonts in the scope together into a single file for modern operating systems.

The current files are builded from source by script provided by Google. This is needed to be present on Google Fonts. So fulfilling this request may take a lot of time. I will look what can be done.

What is the main "superpower" of TTC?

For me it's the simplicity of installing a full font family from one single file.

e.g. Iosevka: https://github.com/be5invis/Iosevka/blob/v9.0.1/PACKAGE-LIST.md

No mucking around extracting multiple font files and then selecting them all and then right-click context menu

On Windows 10 (recent release):

  • Just download one file then directly right-click context menu, with an easier replace for an existing old version

This sound like Variable .ttf. Just one file with all instances ( 2 files in case you need italic ). Why it is not working for you?
