I can't add my account to sda

It says invalid password even though it's correct. I tried the EXACT same copy and paste and it works fine in the website so it's a problem with sda. Is it when your password is too long? Maybe it's using characters that sda doesn't like? Anyone have a fix? I have tried 5 times but nope.

indeed when I shorten my passoword SDA started to work
