captcha invalid for new account

I try to add a new account and it always appears invalid captcha that has nothing to be deciphered

Can you post which version you are using, and a screenshot of the message you are getting?

I click on 'submit' and another indecipherable captcha appears for the second time, until the wrong user and password error appears
