Error adding your authenticator

Using the new updated version, when trying to "Setup New Account", i log in, then it wants the code from email, then after i give it it asks if i want to proceed with adding sda as the authenticator. I confirm it and then it displays "error adding your authenticator", tried re-doing it about 4-5 times and now after i enter username and password it just freezes :/

Update: It doesn't freeze anymore but I still get stuck at "Error adding your authenticator".

Same here. Although receiving SMS to confirm an addition of authenticator.

Yeap, This also happens to me. It goes up to enter the code sent to your email and after entering the code popup appears as to accept SDA as your authenticator, but after hitting accept the error pops up "Error adding your authenticator" After the error SMS with the code also gets recieved
