General Failure upon Setup New Account

so after putting code from email i always get General Failure no matter if i use steam beta or not. can somebody help me fix that issue?

The developer did not write that he fixed the addition of a new authenticator, he only fixed the relogin. Waiting for a normal fix)

I can't add a new account either. Same problem.
