Steam returned "GeneralFailure"

Hello i have an old authenticator saved on my backup. I get codes when i Open it but they dont work. When i try to Login to my account to update i get Steam returned "GeneralFailure". Still have the ma-files and 2 accounts linked with neither working. Updated Sda to current version but get the same error
