ERROR: Too many times to log in, try again later.
i have been trying to set up my second account on sda and everytime i tried to log in it gave me a shit ton of captchas and when i did all of them i just got the error can someone help plz
i have tried waiting and it seemed to fix the problem but when i tried to add a phone number to my account it said steam returned general failure

okay, reinstalling fixed it but now im stuck in a loop. it tells me to input the code i was sent by sms then my revocation code but it just keeps looping

the loop stopped but it just keeps playing the windows error sound whenever i click something

Steam just does this sometimes. Try adding your phone number through steam itself.
will it work after that??
