Do I have to wait 15 days if I switch from steam authenticator to SDA?

Actually according to this: https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/2906376154324515266/#c2906376154321673097 you should only lose up to 2 days of trade pause. Not wait 15 days...
