annoying GPUCache folder

Is there any way to get rid of that "GPUCache" folder on my desktop? When I run "Steam Desktop Authenticator.exe" from SDA's folder, "GPUCache" folder created there. If I make a shortcut to my desktop and run it, "GPUCache" being created in "Desktop" folder
