Does not work with family mode enabled

When family view is activated in steam the following happens:

• When adding a new account you won't be able to add your mobile phone number or get an SMS code. So adding a new account won't work
• When you already have an account you won't be able to see your trade confirmation list. You will just see a window to enter your family PIN. and after entering it nothing will load or refresh. You won't see any trade confirmations.
