Can't setup a new account.

I don't know what it is trying to tell me, it's just saying "Objektreferensen har inte angetts till en instans av ett objekt." If I give the wrong details, it just says wrong password. I'm on Windows 10, and it looks like I already have the microsoftsoftware installed.

Removing my mobile authenticator fixed THAT problem. Now the next problem is it says it can't add my account.
