Add support for the 'amount' parameter of items

I haven't checked if gem-trading already works, but I assume it doesn't since IIRC we don't support item-amounts.

I plan on hacking something in this weekend, but before I do, has anyone looked into this yet?

(By the way, I've been taking classes at the local university for fun, but after they end next week I'll have time for that proper inventory rewrite and all the belated promises I've made to @WildCard65 )

Oh, I didn't even realize gem-trading had been disabled. I guess this will wait, then.
