WFC Settings are not loaded after game restart while using built-in firmware on Android

What happened?

WFC settings are saved, but not loaded after game restart on Android while using built-in firmware. Official DS firmware doesn't have this issue and loads WFC settings correctly.

What should've happened instead?

WFC settings should be loaded like on official DS firmware.
