Add support for huorong sysdiag version 6 & some rule tweak

This pull request add the support for huorong sysdiag version 6 which was not supported by the current version of the rule.

This pull request also fixed the issue mentioned in issue #26 and issue #27 but I'm not sure whether this fixed it or not because I'm green on huorong sysdiag user rule.

Note that my english is bad so please ignore my grammar or pronounce issues, thanks.
