In April 2021, TiddlyTalk user Odin created an experimental landing page for TiddlyWiki that came up in recent discussion about landing pages

Go to control panel → Appearance → Layout and switch to the landing page layout to see it.

This PR takes Odin's landing page but instead of using it as an alternative layout, it transcludes the landing page into the "before story" area, and then uses absolute positioning to stretch it to cover the available space. Thus it ends up behind any opened tiddlers.

When a tiddler is opened, the landing page is faded and made smaller so that the tiddlers above it are more prominent. To return to the landing page one simply closes the last tiddler.

typo : "fibrant" should surely be "vibrant"!

Also: for newcomers, I'd urge highlighting tiddlyhost as the best initial setup. It would allow us to postpone the "... needs some help saving to file ... wide variety of methods..." grimace.
