Replace saver-tid /TiddlySpot with /Tiddlyhost

This tiddler $:/core/ui/ControlPanel/Saving/TiddlySpot i.e what is seen in the controlpanel here:

...this tiddler should be renamed/replaced into $:/core/ui/ControlPanel/Saving/Tiddlyhost - i.e TiddlySpot should be Tiddlyhost (yes, that should be a lowercase ´h´)

...and the caption should be Tiddlyhost Saver.

(Less important, but still, I'd like for a rephrasing of some of the content so to make it clearer that TH is the primary service. Basically, just reverse things to mention Tiddlyhost before TiddlySpot in each sentence.)

IMO it should check if the wiki is served from tiddlyspot and display something. For all other versions the settings are ignored anyway. .. So there may be a tab with some info. But the user can't change any setting.
